UCI Stage race

Wiclax implements many features to make you comfortable with UCI cycling races management, here they are:

Bunch (pack) management

The option will be enabled by default if you selected a UCI Cycling event when creating it:

When enabled, all runners in a pack will automatically be credited with the same race time. The definition of a pack is that the gaps between runners do not exceed the specified number of seconds (one by default).

When displayed in the results grid, the different packets are drawn in the form of frames in the time column:

NB: bunch management only applies to inline stages, not to time trials.

Last 3 km fall rule

Article 2.6.027 for UCI stage race says : In the case of a duly noted incident in the last three kilometres of a road race stage, the rider or riders affected shall be credited with the time of the rider or riders in whose company they were riding at the moment of the incident. His or their placing shall be determined by the order in which he or they actually cross the finishing line.

This can be done like below in Wiclax.

It is required to right-click on the line of a rider in the Results panel and click on "Fall in the last kms...". In the next window, you can enter freely a time or pick the time of an existing pack. The rider will be marked with a "Fall" quote in the grid.
