F800

The F800 is a passive reader that can be connected to the local network via a cable or WiFi.

Once you have set up the connection to your local network, you can find the connection information from Wiclax in the Network Setting window on the Feibot box.

Note that the network configuration of the Feibot box can be done via the Config button and the Advanced Network Configuration button to set a fixed IP, for example. This part is not included in the scope of this documentation.

Make sure that the IP address of the PC hosting Wiclax is part of the same subnet as the Feibot box. In this case, the IP address of your PC (or rather your PC's network card) should start with 192.168.1. and have a different address to that of the Feibot box. For example 192.168.1.5.

Once the Feibot box and the PC hosting Wiclax have been connected to the network and both have an IP on the same subnet, the connection can be established in Wiclax.

First of all, we need to create a Feibot acquisition in the Acquisition window.

To connect to the Feibot box, you need to - enter the iP of the box: here 192.168.1.129. - enter the port associated with this IP: here 3333. - click on the button Connect. If a network connection is established, the Connect button will become a Disconnect button.
