Timing Sense
Timing Sense is a Spanish manufacturer of RFID timing systems Official website : https://timingsense.com/en/ Documentation : https://wiki.timingsense.com/hc/es
The Timing Sense company provides the Timing Sense Connector software which centralizes the readings of all the equipment used in a test, whether connected locally or through the cloud.
Wiclax connects to the Timing Sense Connector software to collect real-time readings.
The Timing Sense Connector software can be installed on the same PC as the PC hosting Wiclax. In this case, you will need to enter the network address 127.0.0.1 to communicate with it.
Another possible architecture is with the Timing Sense Connector software installed on an independent PC. In this case, this PC must be on the same local network as Wiclax and the network address to be entered will be that of the PC hosting Timing Sense Connector.
In the Timing Sense software, the first step is to create checkpoints (timing locations). These checkpoints are the locations where you have detection equipment. For example, we will have an FINISH checkpoint, a START checkpoint or a KM 5 checkpoint.
Each checkpoint centralizes the readings of one or more equipment. Below, we have a "Salida" time point for the start with only one equipment attached to this time point: the TSONE 41.

To forward data to Wiclax, it is essential to enable export via the network socket. Activation is done as in the animation below. The default port is 1000. This is the one that is entered in Wiclax. In case of change, the modification must be reflected on both sides.

On the Wiclax side, we create a Timing Sense acquisition. Below, we set the IP address to 127.0.0.1 because the Timing Sense connector is launched on the same machine as Wiclax. Port 1000 is the port entered in the Timing Sense connector.
One of the special features of the Timing Sense connector is that it sends all the data from scanned tags in a single channel, whatever the original reader.
To filter the data in Wiclax, you need to enter the source for the destinations, as shown below. SALIDA is entered for the departure and LLEGADA for the arrival. The wording must be exactly the same as that entered in the Timing Sense Connector at the Control Points creation stage.
After an initial attempt to send the data to Wiclax, the source drop-down list will be populated with the various control points concerned, which can be selected directly instead of being entered.
